+ Floor finish plan schedule;
+ Construction reflecting ceiling plans;
+ Lighting plan with the specifications;
+ Electric plans;
+ All Interior elevations with the interior finishes and schedules;
+ All the specifications of the sanitary ware;
+ All the lighting fixtures and schedules;
+ 3D Visualizations;
**ADDITIONAL SERVICE – DESIGNER SUPERVISION
+ Assistance in selecting interior items;
+ Adjustment of the working plan and making relevant changes;
+ Consultation and cooperation with related vendors;
+ Up to 3-5 visits on-site during the entire renovation/construction time;
PROJECT TIMEFRAME
The realization time of a full interior design project will depend on the scope of work, size,
complexity, style and our workload at the moment.
Approximately:
Spaces up to 1000 sq.ft (100 m2) – 5 to 8 weeks
Spaces up to 2000 sq.ft (200 m2) –10 to 14 weeks
Spaces up to 3000 sq.ft and more (280 m2) – 16 and more weeks

THE DESIGN PROCESS

A complimentary meeting is held in our office. We will ask you to bring along images that reflect your desired aesthetic along with an ideal wish list and ballpark budget. If needed we come to your place to do a walkthrough and discussing all the challenges and determine the goals of the project, considering your feedback and wishes on the set-up of the space. Additionally, we will explain our main working conditions and walk through a completed project from concept to installation.
