ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project was a full renovation to a 4485 sq. ft loft located in Jersey City. The design concept started from an open concept with all walls torn down, and a central cube was introduced to allow private closets and bathing areas. Flush built-in storage systems along both sides of the apartment maintain a sleek aesthetic, while a 9-foot high wall separates the guest bedroom area for sleeping. The two-level apartment has also a large terrace with an amazing outdoor pool, where the guests can spend time together and enjoy the panoramic view that opens to the city.
